Cancellation Policy

Please be on time. We have a grace period of 15 minutes for kayak rides and 30 minutes for efoil rides but after that, if you arrive later than that, you will only be able to ride with the remainder of the hour. We must respect the time and plans of all our customers and the schedules of our employees. Eg, if your kayak ride is at 3pm you have until 4:15 pm latest to ride. 2. Azul Luxury Watersports Limited does not own or operate any physical properties/ businesses or restaurants. This means if you or anyone you bring with you will sit/ eat/ lounge at any property near where we work or while we are working you are responsible for paying for it yourself. We do not accept any liability in case of any thing that happens to you / any thing you might be charged for by other businesses during your stay in Watamu. 3. Azul Luxury Watersports does not accept any kind of liability or responsibility for any and all conflicts between our clients and any other third parties. We can only recommend third parties as far as photography and videography are concerned. What the client does with that information, whoever they choose to speak to or work with, whatever they agree on with the third parties is entirely between them. We will not be involved in that process at any stage. Clients are also more than welcome to bring along their own photographers/ videographers if they so choose (you will not be charged extra). 4. For commercial filming or photography or any kind, please inquire. 5. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage of any property belonging to the clients. Please leave your valuables in a safe place. All beaches in Kenya are public access spaces and this is beyond the scope of our control. 6. Please come dressed appropriately. No clothing with studs/ zippers or anything sharp will be allowed. No excessively loose or billowing clothing (eg caftans) allowed. 7. Full fees will be paid during reservation. As stated Azul Luxury Watersports does not own/ operate and physical locations therefore we have to pay to operate at the locations every single time. We cannot pay up front only for a customer not to show up or cancel on us. (CONTINUED IN KAYAK POLICT (PT 2))
