Cancellation Policy
We look forward to hosting all our customers however, due to the nature of the sport we specialise in we must inform our customers of the following: Our customers safety comes first. As such all rules and regulations are made on this basis. 1. E-Foil rides are not suitable for: a) Pregnant women. b) Wheelchair users. 2. We understand that the weather at the beach can be unpredictable therefore if a client is not able to ride due to weather conditions we will reschedule your ride free of charge. We are constantly monitoring the weather and will send you information about this in advance. I.e a day before your lesson you will get a communication from us either giving you one of the three possible messages: You get a confirmation that your E-Foiling lesson will proceed as planned. OR You get a message saying that the conditions are unsure, which will result in a decision being made on the day of the lesson. OR You get a message saying that your lesson has been cancelled and will have to be rescheduled. 3. E-Foiling is a weather dependent sport and above all our customers safety comes first. Therefore we reserve the right to cease activity at any time if the safety of a rider is compromised due to weather conditions. If this happens during a lesson, the rider will only be charged for the portion of the lesson they have completed and the remainder of the time will be given as a credit note of “ride time”, with the option to ride at a later time or date. The credit note will be valid for up to one year from the date when it was postponed. Because of this we recommend our riders not book their E-Foiling lesson for the last day of their travels. 4. Full fees will be paid during reservation. The time slots in a day are limited and we work on a tight schedule therefore we do not issue full refunds. 5. All cancellations made by the customer up to 2 weeks in advance incur a cost of 25% of the total booking fee. All cancellations made up to 1 week in advance incur a cost of 50% of the total booking fee. All cancellations made up to 2 days in advance incur a cost of 75% of the total booking fee. “No-Shows” or last minute cancellations will not be offered any refunds. 6. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to complete, depending on the method of payment. (CONTINUED IN E-FOIL POLICY (PT 2))
