For those seeking a thrilling adventure, try our e-foiling lessons in the calm waters of Mida Creek. E-foiling feels like flying over water, making it an exciting activity for all skill levels. No matter where you are, our e-foiling experience is sure to blow your socks off! Why E-Foiling in Mida Creek? Mida Creek is the perfect spot for e-foiling due to its contained environment, preventing you from being swept away. The water is relatively smooth, providing an ideal setting for beginners to learn and for advanced riders to enjoy the thrill of flying over the creek while standing on the board. Excursion Information This session consists of a 15 minute safety & operational briefing followed by 75 minutes ride time on the water. During the safety briefing the following will be covered: Safety on the board. Getting on and controlling the board. Learning how to move the board. What to do incase of emergency. All questions are welcome. Our instructors will be available the whole time to help riders during the session. Anyone can learn how to aerofoil and how far you progress depends entirely on your own physical abilities. AGE LIMITS: Minimum age to ride is 14 years old. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DRUGS & ALCOHOL: You are operating a motorised vehicle in the middle of the ocean. Safety is our number one priority. If you show up intoxicated the ride will be cancelled with no refund. INCLUDED IN THE COST: -Instructor -Lifejacket -Helmet -E-Foil Board -Bottled Water -Towel -KWS Marine Park Fee

Cancellation Policy

We look forward to hosting all our customers however, due to the nature of the sport we specialise in we must inform our customers of the following: Our customers safety comes first. As such all rules and regulations are made on this basis. 1. E-Foil rides are not suitable for: a) Pregnant women. b) Wheelchair users. 2. We understand that the weather at the beach can be unpredictable therefore if a client is not able to ride due to weather conditions we will reschedule your ride free of charge. We are constantly monitoring the weather and will send you information about this in advance. I.e a day before your lesson you will get a communication from us either giving you one of the three possible messages: You get a confirmation that your E-Foiling lesson will proceed as planned. OR You get a message saying that the conditions are unsure, which will result in a decision being made on the day of the lesson. OR You get a message saying that your lesson has been cancelled and will have to be rescheduled. 3. E-Foiling is a weather dependent sport and above all our customers safety comes first. Therefore we reserve the right to cease activity at any time if the safety of a rider is compromised due to weather conditions. If this happens during a lesson, the rider will only be charged for the portion of the lesson they have completed and the remainder of the time will be given as a credit note of “ride time”, with the option to ride at a later time or date. The credit note will be valid for up to one year from the date when it was postponed. Because of this we recommend our riders not book their E-Foiling lesson for the last day of their travels. 4. Full fees will be paid during reservation. The time slots in a day are limited and we work on a tight schedule therefore we do not issue full refunds. 5. All cancellations made by the customer up to 2 weeks in advance incur a cost of 25% of the total booking fee. All cancellations made up to 1 week in advance incur a cost of 50% of the total booking fee. All cancellations made up to 2 days in advance incur a cost of 75% of the total booking fee. “No-Shows” or last minute cancellations will not be offered any refunds. 6.
